Submitting your presentation

All Course faculty, Congress invited speakers, oral presenters and short oral presenters need to submit their slide presentations twice. Firstly via the portal link for review ahead of the Congress and secondly, by personally visiting the speaker preparation room at the Congress to ensure they are successfully uploaded to the audiovisual presentation system in preparation for your session. The deadlines and methods are detailed below. All slide presentations will be reviewed for compliance purposes prior to the Congress.

It is essential that you use our standard format for saving your slide presentation. The WMS Congress format is:

Speaker preparation room

On-site at the Congress, it is essential that you personally deliver your slides to the speaker preparation room to ensure they are successfully uploaded to the AV system in preparation for your session.

The Speaker Preparation Room is located at -2.14. Please ensure you visit this room to upload your slides and finalise your presentation arrangements.

Pre-Congress Teaching course faculty should check in with the AV technician in the session room.

You must visit the AV Technician in the speaker preparation room either the day before your session or at least four hours prior to your presentation. This will allow sufficient time to upload your slides to the presentation management system and help to avoid any last-minute issues.
