Once our team has finished reviewing the submitted abstracts, they will be in touch with everyone who has submitted an abstract to let them know the outcome in June 2025.
If your abstract has been accepted, you will be invited to come to WMS 2025 as a poster presenter, short oral presenter, oral presenter or late-breaking oral presenter. If you are a poster presenter, your confirmation email will include a P number. This is your poster number. If you are an oral presenter, your confirmation email will include an O number. This is your oral presentation number. You can check the Congress programme for your P or O number to find out when you are presenting. The full programme will be available in June 2025.

INV = Invited speaker
O/LBO = Oral presenter/late-breaking oral presenter

Once you have located your P or O number in your notification email, search the PDF (CTRL+F) or scroll up slowly to find the date, time, and other presentation details.

Whether you're presenting virtually or in-person, you can use the messaging service within our virtual platform and Congress app to connect with other delegates. As a presenter, it is important that you check whether other delegates are trying to get in touch with you to discuss your work. The virtual platform and Congress app will go live a few days before the Congress opens.
All faculty, Programme Committee members, Local Organising Committee members and oral presenters must disclose any conflicts of interest.
We will contact you if you need to complete a conflict of interest form.
At the Congress, all speakers must disclose their conflict of interest both verbally and with a slide at the beginning of their presentation. Video recordings for virtual presenters must include a disclosure screen at the beginning of the recording and posters must display disclosures in the bottom left or right corner.

If none of these criteria applies to you, you should inform the audience that you have nothing to disclose. As the presenter, it is your responsibility to make sure your conflict of interest disclosure is accurate at the time of the presentation.

During registration, presenters will be asked whether they consent to having their recorded presentation, poster, or video made available:
If you do not consent, your content will be available only during the Congress and removed within two weeks following the Congress.
