Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in your registration fee for the congress. We have appointed HelmsBriscoe as the official booking agent for the WMS 2025 Congress in Vienna, Austria. Their agents will be happy to assist you with your bedroom reservation or other related arrangements.

We strongly advise booking your accommodation early to take advantage of cheaper prices and wider availability. Delegates are entirely responsible for their own accommodation arrangements and payments.

Please do not book accommodation if you do not have a confirmed Congress registration.

The Congress HQ Hotel is the Melia, Vienna. Hotel rooms of different categories at reduced rates are available for the participants at WMS 2025. Breakfast in this hotel will be available from 06:30 - 10:30 Monday to Friday and from 06:30-11:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Check-in is available from 15:00 on your arrival day and check-out is by 12:00 on your departure day.
